Q: How do I make a purchase?

A: You can order directly from our website by adding items to your shopping cart and checking out. During checkout, you must enter your payment information.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: All major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, are accepted. You can also choose E-transfer. The email is Customersupport@shstore.com 

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days using standard shipping. Shipping times may depending on the location and the shipping method selected at the time of purchase.

 Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: No. International shipping has not yet been developed. We look forward to being able to ship internationally in the future.

Q: How to deal with the return process?

A: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return it for a refund or exchange.

 Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate customer's request, but changes cannot be made once an order has been processed.
